You may have noticed a few more streets have opened with lots ready to build!
On the east side of Sioux Falls, two streets have been completed in our Summer Hill South neighborhood with a number of homes already under construction.
E. 52nd St. - 19 lots were built this past summer. These beautiful sites have been going fast. There are still several available on both the north and south side of this street.
E. Wakefield Cir. - 5 lots were originally built in this cul-de-sac just off Bahnson Avenue. A few are still available and ready for a new home.
The west side of Sioux Falls has also seen some construction activity. We are currently developing Discovery Park, located a few blocks away from Discovery Elementary School.
